Akari Glass Vase
A slender silhouette. A sweeping rim. A wave in green glass.

A vase with its own sense of movement
Akari rises from a narrow base into a broad, undulating rim. The top curves upwards on one side, giving the outline a sense of movement. Its translucent green glass lets you see the changing depth of colour across the body and around the edge.
We would treat this as a decorative centrepiece in its own right. The tall body and wide rim create enough interest to enjoy it on its own, with clear space around the silhouette. It brings colour to a room without needing a busy pattern or a crowded display.
How we would style it
Our first choice would be a generous sideboard or console against a plain, light wall. Pale stone would emphasise the green; warm wood would create a softer combination. We would place any accompanying objects low, allowing the rim to remain the main feature.
We like the idea of pairing Akari’s green glass with the amber tones of the Koda Table Lamp, giving each piece its own area of the room. A cream sofa and a small amount of dark metal would help tie the composition together.
For a more architectural setting, we would consider it on the Kaleh Sideboard. The vase’s curved outline would contrast with the ribbed front. We would leave the rest of that surface largely clear so the different materials can be appreciated.
Give the shape room
Akari measures 42 cm wide, 37 cm deep and 54 cm high. The rim extends well beyond the slender body, so measure the whole display area before choosing its position. At 5.5 kg, it belongs on a stable surface with enough space around it.
