Thiennes Console Table
Beige travertine. A rhythm of arches. A statement made in stone.

Architecture on a smaller scale
Thiennes brings an architectural shape into the home. A long stone top rests above a succession of arched openings, giving the console a sculptural presence even before you add anything to it.
Made from beige travertine, the piece combines a restrained colour with a strong silhouette. The openings introduce space and shadow into the design, balancing the visual weight of the stone.
Where we would place it
We would consider Thiennes for an entrance with room to appreciate its shape, or along a clear wall in a living or dining room. Its 150 cm width creates a generous display surface, while the 35 cm depth gives it a relatively shallow footprint.
Measure the space before choosing its position, including the routes people use through the room. We would leave the arches visible and avoid filling the area underneath with baskets or other objects.
Our styling take
For us, the most interesting contrast would be a colourful sculpture, an expressive artwork or a dark-framed mirror above the pale stone. We would choose one or two objects with clear shapes and let the console do the rest.
In a quieter room, we would pair it with warm wood, textured upholstery and simple ceramics. Keeping the arrangement sparse would give the stone and the arches room to stand out.
A substantial piece
At 155.4 kg, Thiennes is substantial stone furniture. We would decide on its final position in advance and discuss the room layout and access before planning its placement.
